Aero crew Training delivers First Aid Crew Training for Cabin Crew and pilots as a bespoke individual course or as an Initial/ Recurrent full Program in accordance with your operation and organisational structure to meet the requirements of CAA/EASA Implementing Rules, and current First Aid protocols from the UK and European Resuscitation Councils.

Our First Aid course will give all crewmembers the training and knowledge to recognize, treat and deal with medical emergencies to confidently and effectively manage life-threatening first aid emergencies before medical professionals arrive.

First Aid Training is delivered at the following levels:

* Initial Operator's First Aid Training

*Recurrent First Aid Training

Syllabus Includes:

-Medical incident review

-General instruction on aero

-medical aspects and survival

-The physiological effects of flying hypoxia, oxygen requirements, eustachian tubal function and barotrauma

-Basic Life Support for Adults, Children and Infants

- Practical CPR

- Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

- Basic Anatomy and Physiology Surrounding Airway, Breathing and Circulatory Problems

- Major Medical Emergencies

- Minor Medical Emergencies

- Injuries & Trauma

-Gastro Intestinal disturbances

-Burns

-Wounds

-The unconscious passenger

-Fractures and soft tissue

-Asthma attack

-Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis

-Shock

-Diabetes

-The Choking passenger

-Epilepsy

-Stroke including recognition

-Heart Attack

-Angina

-Risk of contact with infectious diseases

-Handling of clinical waste

-Aircraft disinsection including latest updates

-Handling of a death on board
