Aero crew Training delivers Crew Resource Management Train the Trainer course (CRMT) for Cabin Crew and pilots as a bespoke 1 to 1 or group course. Our CRMT training, referred to now as Human Factors complies with EASA, ICAO and UK CAA regulations and is suitable for instuctors from both commercial airlines & corporate jet operators. CRMT training raises awareness of environmental, organisational and job factors, and human and individual characteristics, which can influence behaviour at work in a way which can have an adverse effect on health and safety. The course includes a home study module and classroom sessions on group facilitation techniques, questioning techniques, group dynamics, learning and feedback empowering new instructors with the required skills and knowledge to conduct CRM courses for flight crew & cabin crew. All participants will have the opportunity to design and deliver sessions throughout the course enabling you to put what you learn into practice equipping participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to develop, design and lead their own CRM training sessions.
